Author are not given an automatic free pass over WP:BIO just because they exist — their ability to qualify for Wikipedia articles is determined by criteria at WP:AUTHOR. this is author of only one book which is not notable (at least by WP standards) Search doesn't produce any substantial information about the person and his book so Can't see any significance here.
