Delete. WP:BLP of a journalist and film festival programmer, written with a marked advertorial skew and referenced entirely to primary sources with no evidence of reliable source coverage about him shown at all. As always, Wikipedia is not a public relations platform on which a person is entitled to have an article just because he exists; he must be reliably sourceable as satisfying a notability criterion to earn an article, but the content and sourcing here don't accomplish that.
