  • Delete as I myself had reviewed this and would've PRODed sooner if not for the chances of it being drive-by removed, my own searches now are still not finding anything else better. I waited also because of the subject state, considering this would need better attention, but considering there's simply nothing else better, delete.   • Merge -- if he was the commander of a rising, he might just about be notable. Is it the appropriate solution, to merge it to an article on the rising?
