Does not appear to meet WP:GNG. There are thousands or tens of thousands of small bridges in the world (WP:ROTM). It's not even clear that this is actually named the Mitcham Bridge - it may just be a bridge in Mitcham. The only refs are two routine local stories about flooding that occurred when the bridge was being repaired. Much of the article has no citations. Not enough here to establish notability.
