- Keep, per NACADEMIC-6 as the Director of National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli is the highest full time managing post in the institution (there is a chairperson, but he oversees the board and is not full time).[1] Her citation record probably doesn't meet NACADEMIC-1 (depends on sub-field assessment), but isn't far. She also plausibly meets GNG, given that there are 143 hits in google news with her name, but assessing this is difficult as a large number of these are re-hashed press releases by NIT-T which do not confer notability. However it is quite plausible there are some in depth sources within these results.--Eostrix (🦉 hoot hoot🦉) 08:08, 18 May 2021 (UTC)

- Keep as per c6. (I am the creator of the article). Nomadicghumakkad (talk) 10:02, 18 May 2021 (UTC)
- Keep it looks as if I am fated to agree with MST all day... Meets WP:NACADEMIC 6, for sure. And as per that guideline, the institution's own website is fine and dandy as a source. Best Alexandermcnabb (talk) 10:16, 18 May 2021 (UTC)
- Keep Clearly passes WP:NACADEMIC! I'm surprised it is being nominated here at AfD. QuantumRealm (meow • pawtrack) 12:13, 18 May 2021 (UTC)
- Keep. Clearly satisfy point number 6 in WP:NACADEMIC. National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli is clearly a major academic institution, thus passing the bar easily. SunDawn (talk) 09:44, 19 May 2021 (UTC)
- Keep Clearly meets WP:NACADEMIC, Myconcern (talk) 17:16, 20 May 2021 (UTC)
- Comment: Dear GermanKity, please forgive me for putting this as a statement (also, as a request) - kindly refer to WP:AFD guidelines once again because many of them overlap. If you have any doubts, then use the talk page of that page or reach out to seasoned editors via WP:TEA. I'm looking forward to seeing you as a good wiki editor in near future. - Hatchens (talk) 05:56, 21 May 2021 (UTC)
- Snow Keep, Speedy close: While the references per se are not of the first quality, Thomas meets our inclusion criteria, passing WP:NACADEMIC. We require better referencing, not deletion FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 06:32, 21 May 2021 (UTC)
- Keep this passes WP:NACADEMIC. Powerful Karma (talk) 07:02, 21 May 2021 (UTC)
