Initially this article was created with significantly promotional language and some key statements unreferenced which may have been sufficient for a CSD. The controversial statements have been removed. However the concern remains about the promotional nature of the article. Some references remain questionable as self-published. While the references provided (and search results I found) establish his existence and confirm some facts, notability is questionable as the references are about cases he is involved in, quoting him, but none of the articles are actually ABOUT him. Essentially this is run of the mill a lawyer doing his job.
