Composer who does not appear to meet WP:GNG. Existence of works can be verified, but there is no indication that the individual or his works have received third-party coverage in WP:RS to warrant an article. I find music repositories, sites at which his sheet music can be purchased, etc., but nothing that suggests notability. Delete per above. These concerns were explained to the article's creator--since blocked for spamming--along with the suggestion that they construct the article in their user space first.
