I am taking this to AFD as PROD is contested. I didn't think being a Commissioner of the Australian Border Force was a ground for notability. I think that the person failed WP:BIO. Thank you and have a great day. ✠ SunDawn ✠ (contact) 13:27, 28 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The article is light at the moment, but there's argument to be made there is sufficent notability. Outram took over the agency in an acting role while his predecessor was under investigation, he lead agency during a peroid of a number of significant controversies (i.e Ruby Princess#2020: spread of COVID-19) and significant border closures due to the covid-19 pandemic. He is one of the first commissioners of a national law enforcement agency. To use comparisons, Chris Magnus the commissioner of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the commissioner of the Australian Federal Police Reece Kershaw also have articles. • Keep per SNITZ01 - Outram is the head of a well known federal government agency, there are plenty of news articles available from a Google search that mention him in his role, particularly around coronavirus. Deus et lex (talk) 11:19, 31 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I've improved the article in a number of ways, I've also added additional references. SNITZ01 (talk) 00:59, 4 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep per WP:HEY. Even if there was doubt, the page now certainly satisfies WP:ANYBIO. Thanks to edits by SNITZ01. Cabrils (talk) 08:05, 11 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
