Subject does not appear to be notable. He doesn't appear to meet any of the criteria listed at WP:MANOTE. Article has been tagged for notability since May 2009 and has been speedily deleted 4 times. Its previous AfD generated only 2 votes--1 for AfD and 1 for keep.
