Merge to William Guilfoyle, where there'll be just enough in the way of RS to justify a sentence about William's father. The local historian who wrote the blue plaque account has done a sterling job of inferring Guilfoyle's life from limited evidence (we'd certainly call it WP:OR if he'd done it here), but it doesn't demonstrate notability.
