Delete. This is nothing more than a collection of photographs of cities (!) thrown together to support a text about the supposed notability of some quality ranking system of them. It's a pathetic attempt at article creation, with references that amount to practically nothing. Self-references won't do. -The Gnome (talk) 19:41, 2 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
