"a Dalit woman human rights defender, journalist and the founder of ‘The Mooknayak’, an online news channel and website" do not equate to notability when paired with no significant coverage. Weak keep per WP:BASIC - I found verification of recent awards from a non-independent source, and her as a speaker at events 1, 2 (a conference covered by The Wire), as well as recent coverage 'Right Wingers Threatening to Rape Me for Burning Manusmriti': Dalit Journalist (Quint, Jan. 2022), UN writes to India over inaction on death threats to Dalit journalist (Pakistan Today, 9 Apr 2022), Bulandshahr Police Threatens Legal Action Against Journalist Meena Kotwal for Tweet (The Wire, 26 Apr 2022) and previous coverage: In India, calls for a caste census grow as more seek to benefit from affirmative action policies (SCMP, 2021, includes brief coverage about her and her journalism career), Dalit journalist accuses BBC Hindi of discrimination, says was let go due to caste (The Print, 2019).
