Page fails WP:BIO in regards to, "architects...whose work is widely recognized (for better or worse) and who are likely to become a part of the enduring historical record of that field." There is no indication of that, the only notable thing that he did was enter the contest to design the new WTC towers[1]. Also, I have the question the purpose of this article when the creator of the article has this edit, Delete as non-notable. Yanksox 16:21, 13 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
