I'm not seeing any notability for this topless dancer acquitted of murder. Wikipedia is not a newspaper. Clarityfiend (talk) 08:40, 31 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- Weak delete. In addition to the source provided in the article, the subject's acquittal was also covered in the January 31, 1974 issue of Jet [1], and the facts of the case were tawdry enough that it might have been a subject of public attention at the time. However, I couldn't find any other coverage to show this case was actually a source of continuing and substantial interest. In the absence of evidence like that, I'd agree that this isn't enough to justify an article. (By the way, if such coverage is found and the article is kept, a change of title to something like Dirty old man killing might be considered to move the focus from the acquitted defendant to the possibly notable homicide.) --Arxiloxos (talk) 16:47, 31 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- Delete. Not notable, parochial murder case that fails WP:CRIME. - DonCalo (talk) 23:49, 31 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
