I'm honestly not sure exactly what SNG this topic would be judged on, but a WP:BEFORE search brings up very little that's not published by Marquette University. I'm pretty sure anything published by Marquette would be considered a primary source not demonstrating notability for this archive. Most of the rest of the mentions I can find of this archive are either references to people being in charge of this archive on LinkedIn and such resumes and a few links from other university .edu domains giving a simple link to the online version of this archive in a list of "educational resources".
