Article is basically the CV of a Minnesota lawyer (according to this probably created by his son). An oncall firefightern part-time deputy sheriff, adjunct professor, and candidate for judge. Seems like a valuable member of the community there, but nothing that would meet our criteria for notability for biographies. No independent sources: Delete.
