The three cited sources in the article all have a disclaimer at the bottom of the page, which reads Disclaimer: This is a Brand Desk content. Sponsored content is unacceptable and does not count towards WP:GNG. Searching "Manoj Dey" yields many similar sources across a variety of Indian news sources but I was unable to find one that contained significant coverage as well as not being marked as a press release.
