Redirect to Martha Speaks per SwisterTwister. She isn't notable enough to meet WP:ENTERTAINER or WP:GNG. WP:ENT specifies "Has had significant roles in multiple notables films, television shows....". She has had a major role in Martha Speaks, and an ensemble cast role in My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic. All other roles are either uncredited or minor.
