- Keep NOTINHERITED isn't applicable here -- it relates to articles that exist solely on the basis of "subject is somewhere in the line of descent for an inherited title" or similar, without any evidence of significant coverage. It doesn't rule out the existence of articles for people who have significant coverage because of their connections to others. Subject of the article passes GNG through the substantial number of obituaries that have come out in the Chinese press following her recent death, both cited in the article and clear on a web search.
