Delete - there's enough already at The Tribe (1999 TV series), which itself is barely sufficiently sourced (mostly primary). There is no need for subsidiary fancruft articles for this sort of thing. The sourcing for this list is entirely primary (Episodes), with two other links to the official website, i.e. there is no reliable secondary sourcing at all, so there really isn't anything much that can be merged.
