Per extensive recent consensus on these types of lists, they must meet WP:NLIST/WP:GNG. Please see Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of tallest buildings in Shreveport and Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of tallest buildings in Montgomery, Alabama which both closed as clear delete, with closure statements refuting the argument that any other criteria takes precedence over notability for these lists.
The topic of tall buildings in Charleston, West Virginia as a whole has no significant coverage, and this list has minimal navigational purpose given that the majority of these do not have articles, and are unlikely to have articles in the future. ♠PMC♠ (talk) 19:50, 19 November 2022 (UTC)

- Delete per many, many discussions on similar lists. Not discussed at length as a group in WP:RS. Spiderone(Talk to Spider) 20:56, 19 November 2022 (UTC)
- Delete. Unnecessary article, it doesnt have a purpose. It is not notable enough for a article.`~HelpingWorld~` (👽🛸) 07:55, 22 November 2022 (UTC)
