List of sisters

Tagged for cleanup since December 2007 with "It lacks a clear purpose". The list is hopefully incomplete, and if it were complete, it would be miles long. I mean, we've got everything from the Brontë sisters to SHeDAISY, for crying out loud. Also, the list is unsourced, indiscriminate (that's the big one), and furthermore, there's no List of brothers. Delete It appears that the two sisters (or more) don't even have to have any professional relationship to appear in this list, so it really is utterly unfocused. I could just about conceive of a narrowly defined list of sisters being of value, but this isn't that list. (And before someone says "improve don't delet", I wouldn't know where to start to actually narrow the list, since it's got no obvious intent right now)MadScot (talk) 20:52, 15 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Delete a lot of hope was expressed in the previous AfD that it could be a good article with time. Well, time's passed and it's still not a good article. Accept that this isn't going anywhere, it's really not necessary, and let it go. JuJube (talk) 11:25, 16 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
