Wikipedia is not a directory. This article is a directory of local agencies in charge of water, parking, sewage, etc in one US county. Most are nonnotable. Edison (talk) 22:01, 12 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- Delete I think that the information could be incorporated in a short paragraph in the article about Northampton County, Pennsylvania, with more detail in the articles about the different municipalities and boroughs. This is one of a series of such lists, confined, at the moment, to the Keystone State (Category:Municipal authorities in Pennsylvania), created from the same source [1]. The info is relevant, but not enough for standalone articles. Some might argue that this is much too big to be put back into the county article, but the reason that these are all "too big" is because of the overpackaging at work here. Some things don't need a sortable table, and this is one of them. Finally, I think that part of the intent here was to create a list of red links crying out for their own individual articles, so that one might, in the future, write about the Palmer Township Municipal Sewer Authority and then keep us up to date as to its services. As the nominator points out, though, most of these do not rate their own page. One can create a link to Bethlehem Parking Authority, or a more accurate link to Bethlehem Parking Authority. There are more efficient ways to preserve information. Mandsford 14:20, 13 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete Not a proper "list" in the Wikipedia sense, which should mean a list of notable things; virtually none of these departments are notable. Not exactly a directory but close. The individual agencies could be mentioned in the articles about the local government entities they belong to, but this page adds nothing of value to Wikipedia. --MelanieN (talk) 04:49, 18 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
