Although being the creator of this article, I am dubious if this article should be on Wikipedia, I'm not also sure if it qualifies for WP:NOS or not. If this article qualifies for WP:NOS and shouldn't be deleted, then I can continue on with the other articles (i.e. The CAF, AFC,UEFA,OFC and CONMEBOL versions).
