AfDs for this article:
- List of member states of the European Union in the official languages (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views) (delete) – (View log)
This fails Wp:INDISCRIMINATE - as the article's title says, it's a list of the members of the European Union in its official languages. It also fails Wp:TRIVIA as well - this is the English Wikipedia, therefore things like the Irish for Cyprus or the Finnish for Malta has no place here. - It certainly seems to be redundant to the various sub-lists of List of country names in various languages — as well as to Wiktionary's articles, such as "France" and "Germany" for examples, of course. See Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of names of the official languages of the European Union in the official languages for a related discussion. Uncle G (talk) 15:45, 21 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- Delete. The states are included (in prose) at European Union#Member states. The chart in various languages doesn't seem to add any particular relevant knowledge, and as Uncle G points out, the same information is available elsewhere. Cnilep (talk) 16:15, 26 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Transwiki to a Wiktionary appendix. This is a useful reference list, but it isn't Wikipedia material. Thryduulf (talk) 14:44, 27 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete. While I consider the information useful and encyclopedic, all of it already appears here. 2help (talk) 20:58, 29 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
