Disputed draftification and created by copy and paste move. This was sent to Draft by Hey man im josh, is present at Draft:List of chief secretaries of Himachal Pradesh, and is not ready for mainspace. I am not even sure that such a list meets WP:GNG. As written it also does not meet WP:BLP, which it must since it contains information about living people. I am suggesting that the outcome of this be Merge the mainspace article's words and history with the draft, and delete the mainspace article. Since the creating editor is unwilling to engage I also suggest the outcome also be to salt mainspace article pending any future AFC acceptance 🇺🇦 Fiddle^Timtrent Faddle^Talk to me 🇺🇦 13:52, 15 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Comment: The draft has now been history merged to the mainspace article, which was the reverse of my suggestion in the deletion rationale. This leaves us discussing the deletion or draftification of the mainspace article. I now need to look at the initial deletion rationale, and revise it thus:
Delete or Draftify, and salt the mnainspace article. Likely fails WP:GNG, The article does not comply with WP:BLP, and is in any case not ready for mainspace. The creating editor exhibits WP:ICANTHEARYOU and refuses to engage, having already removed the AfD notice from the article once. Blocking them is a secondary consideration and I suggest outside the scope of AfD. 🇺🇦 Fiddle^Timtrent Faddle^Talk to me 🇺🇦 07:22, 16 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
