Next time you encounter something like this, a better approach may be to discuss with the creator on their talk page, explain the issue and see if you can get their agreement to deletion, and then prod it. AFD is a lot more bureaucracy and needlessly confrontational/anti-community when you just paste a boilerplate deletion notice on someone's talk page the day after they post something. "Hey there, I see you just posted this yesterday but there's not any content yet and we should avoid creating empty pages. I think we should delete it now, and then recreate it later only when it will have valid entries, is that alright with you?" Something like that. postdlf (talk) 14:22, 23 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, it's too soon, but why bother to delete it? It's not really WP:CRYSTAL that there will be some Phillipines films in 2020. I support Ajf773's suggestion of redirect. SpinningSpark 23:14, 23 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
