Giannini is not notable beyond being Miss New Jersey, and that is not enough to justify an article on her. The coverage is all local or press releases except the article from USA today. That is probably not even the level of an article that would justify creating an encyclopedic article, but even at that the USA today article exists because her boyfriend is a noted race car driver, not because she is a noted beauty queen. - Delete Concur with nom. Winning of a state level pageant is not sufficient to establish notability. Since she is so young, there is no post-pageant career; she is just a college student so there is no other claim to notability. MB 20:36, 22 October 2016 (UTC)

- Delete: Agree with nom, subject fails WP:GNG. Lindsey Giannini was crowned Miss Central Coast 2015 allowing her to compete in the Miss New Jersey 2015 pageant that she won. She also competed in the Miss America 2016 pageant and she did not place but won the Quality of Life Award. While 25 references look impressive there are things to look at. There are ten primary pageant references and five of those are dead (404 error) links. Eight are from the local South Jersey Times, four is from the local Shore News Today, and two are from the local Press of Atlantic. The one national USA Today reference is about her race car driver boyfriend that is an invalid criteria for notability. Of all the references, where she participated or won local pageants that is just routine coverage, she did win Miss New Jersey. This just doesn't provide notability because it doesn't have a "demonstrable long-term impact on a significant region of the world or a significant widespread societal group ..." with "significant national or international coverage", to the individual subject. Winning a state pageant does not provide notability with any lasting significance. Coverage of The curse of Miss New Jersey might be significant but Lindsey is just one of eighty in that group. With 15 references (not primary) the fact is still that she only won Miss New Jersey so the subject still fails the general notability guidelines. Otr500 (talk) 10:21, 26 October 2016 (UTC)
