Keep There is coverage from the time of Douma's Miss Canada win and from a 2020 book of her winning Miss Canada (both clearly cited on the page). Coverage over the course of 60-ish years seems to indicate at the very least a minimal passing of notability. This duration, in combination with the coverage of her winning Miss Sydney, overrides any potential WP:BLP1E/WP:BIO1E (because there's no evidence as to whether she actually is still alive) problems, though that's not an issue that the nominator has raised.
