Howdy, I created the page. I believe that LCM's notability in the robotics community is above threshold [1], and I believe the page serves a useful disambiguation purpose. However, I agree that, by the metrics mentioned above, it seems relatively unnotable. I am open to deleting the page for now and revisiting the issue sometime in the future.
