This article seems to be based on a series of promotional websites and use of the phrase "Lifestyle Design" in self-promotional books without any significant rationale that the term has a meaningful definition outside self-promotional jargon. If some real sources can be produced (such as recognized journals) there may be the basis of an article. As it currently stands the article is a self-help website spam magnet.
