- Tentative delete. It is possible that there are reliable sources in Chinese, but I can't find any in English. Regarding notability all I have to go by is his website, which provides no indication that he meets any of the WP:CREATIVE criteria. He is early in his career and has only a handful of completed works at this point, none of which (with no disrespect to Mr. Li) appears to be anything out of the ordinary.
