Keep The source: "Clarke, Lewis Strong". Louisiana Historical Association, A Dictionary of Louisiana Biography (lahistory.com) automatically makes him notable. This publication doesn't just add biographies of people "who own a sugar plantation". Billy Hathorn (talk) 16:29, 11 February 2015 (UTC)
