Reviewed under effort to handle longest WP:notability tagged articles. No indication of wp:notability. Tagged for WP:notability for 11 years. The two sources are mere mentions that he directed. Could not find anything more than that in a search. So 99% of the article is unsourced. Most notable thing he did was directing 4 Dr. Who episodes.
