Subject fails WP:NHOCKEY. Has never been a First Team All-Star in the EIHL and while his brother Dave Phillips HAS played in the World Championship for Great Britain, Kevin has not played for GB since 2010 and thus was not a member of GB's 2019 World Championship roster.
