Entire article is written like a manual. The article is also written in an unencyclopedic manner. EMachine03 (talk) 17:56, 13 November 2017 (UTC)
If you people decide to delete, make sure you also delete the much shorter version of the barbell grip/hook grip. Keep it up! Taco Fleur (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 18:29, 13 November 2017 (UTC)

- Delete Entirely unreferenced and Wikipedia is not a how to manual. Theroadislong (talk) 21:06, 13 November 2017 (UTC)
- Delete- As has been stated, the article is a "how to" manual and completely unreferenced, and is unsuited for inclusion in Wikipedia. Any useful content can be merged into Kettlebell. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 12:31, 14 November 2017 (UTC)
- Delete, though creating a redirect to Kettlebell after deletion (to discourage re-creation) might be appropriate. power~enwiki (π, ν) 01:52, 20 November 2017 (UTC)
