Comment, agree with nominator, this appears to be a small (mostly) single storey shopping centre, a look at gmaps shows it to be only about 12,000sqm, a gsearch does not reveal any sources that lead to WP:GNG, as the Kellyville article has a section that discusses this centre, a redirect may be appropriate(?)
