Likely delete as although I'm not familiar with cricket and he seems to have participated at championships and tournaments, I'm not finding not much about him aside from links here and a few more here. Delete. Fails WP:NCRIC. I think under-19 international cricketers (who haven't played at senior domestic level) would only be considered notable if they do something outstanding, like captain their country or be one of the best players at the World Cup.
