Contested PROD. Fails to meet notability guidelines as defined by WP:NSOCCER. In my opinion, fails overarching WP:GNG. Upon a cursory search, I could not find any material which would satisfy GNG, whereas the PROD was removed with no reason ("rm prod - take to afd if desired"). May meet GNG in the future as she looks to currently be a collegiate coach, but article can be created when criteria are met. GauchoDude (talk) 20:28, 25 May 2019 (UTC)

- Keep - passes WP:NFOOTY, as having played three years in fully professional leagues.Onel5969 TT me 06:23, 26 May 2019 (UTC)
- @Onel5969: Which league are you referring to? I can't see that any of the clubs she's played for were in fully-pro leagues. Number 57 10:57, 26 May 2019 (UTC)
- @Onel5969: Women's leagues are (with few exceptions) not fully professional and thus do not infer notability. The list kept by the WikiProject Football only shows four current and former leagues which would satisfy the requirement. The subject has played in none of these. - Delete - no evidence she meets WP:NFOOTBALL, and more importantly fails WP:GNG. GiantSnowman 07:40, 26 May 2019 (UTC)
- Note - nominator appears to have conducted WP:BEFORE only after applying these PRODs. Also bandies about the word 'thus' to try and sound smart but clearly doesn't know the difference between 'imply' and 'infer'. Bring back Daz Sampson (talk) 13:32, 27 May 2019 (UTC)
- I'm not sure User:Bring back Daz Sampson where there is any evidence of a WP:BEFORE failure here - what are you referring to? Is there any evidence she's played in one of the listed leagues - at any one time only the top English and North American league were listed as fully-professional - and the Ottawa Fury were in the second level. The meaning of infer above was clear - do you have any evidence that your prod removal was justified such as suitable references or something? Nfitz (talk) 14:44, 27 May 2019 (UTC)
- I added a French reference User:Bring back Daz Sampson - but I'm not finding much detail that would meet WP:GNG or even WP:NFOOTY - is there something we should look for? I'm trying to find a reason to not delete - but failing ... Katie Smith is a very common name though, it's easy to miss stuff ("Kathleen Smith" actually finds more European stuff). - Daz, that kind of personal attack has no place here. – Levivich 04:07, 30 May 2019 (UTC)

- Delete per WP:NFOOTY failure (she has not played in a fully-professional league). I assume Onel5969's erroneous vote will be discounted. Number 57 10:02, 31 May 2019 (UTC)
