- Delete - I would have suggesting redirecting but I haven't found any a relevant list or other target to add him to. Google News archives provided results from that same time or mentioning this same feat. Although The Guardian article claims he wanted to "push all tourism departments of the world to allow equal visas for all countries" and founded ttpglobal.com but it seems he has only founded a website. - Keep. WP:1E does not proscribe articles about persons famous for one event, but merely suggests merging them into the article about the event. In this case there is no article about the event to merge into. That does not mean the article should be deleted. The whole thrust of 1E is to have an article of some sort. Renaming to the event rather than the person may be a solution, but the article will still contain the same information. Perhaps the ideal would be to have an article about world travel record attempts. There must have been others, Guiness usually requires that there is some sort of challenge for a record before they will list it. Travelers' Century Club has more information.
