Completing as per request of IP editor Fails WP:NPOL, bouncing back and forth to draft. Needs an AFD. I note that the sources used seem to be about someone called 'Maddula Radha Krishna' so we might be looking at a hoax here. Spiderone^{(Talk to Spider)} 11:19, 1 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Delete: A poorly-sourced article moved to mainspace after 2 AfC rejections of Draft:Karuchola Vijay Kumar. The article text describes a political party functionary with no clear claim to notability: even if verifiable from sources that were actually about this person, I don't see that the subject's party role(s) would be adequate for WP:NPOL.
