Delete. I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that if your only claim-to-fame is that you won or were a runner up for a beauty pageant which serves as a preliminary pageant for Miss California then you're not actually all that notable. Especially if there are no third party sources provided non-trivial coverage to suggest otherwise.
