Comment: So this has been created, deleted, and recreated multiple times; like at least 4 creations if not more. The first was an AfC draft which I came across in November; it was accepted into mainspace, but shortly thereafter deleted (it is worth noting that the creator of the original page was confirmed to be a sockpuppet: here's the SPI).
