per WP:BIO1E and WP:BARE, just a little notable for only one event in 2008 and nothing then, his role in 2011 revolution is not notable nor memorable, just few articles from his mates describe him as "leader" and that is exaggeration and no one knows what is his exactly role, he has no awards nor political positions too.
