Weak delete, on the basis that it seems to be a niche project of largely unknown prog rock bands, if we go on the brief mention in Background Magazine. There isn't even an article about it on the Finnish Wikipedia. However, I could be open to persuasion otherwise - Finnish is a quite impenetrable language for non-Finns, so there may be non-English coverage out there. Apart from the two 'reviews' already cited in the article, I can only find band websites and one-person fan websites that mention the album/project. Fails WP:NMUSIC.
