- It's a legitimately licensed radio station; the established precedent is that if a radio station is duly licensed by its appropriate regulatory body (the FCC, in this case), then it's kept. There are no special standards for distinguishing "notable" radio stations from "non-notable" ones other than that. And while the article as it stands right now is certainly stubbish, there's nothing remotely problematic about it. See also Wikipedia:WikiProject Radio Stations.
