Delete - Cannot find any notable facts about the person. The article mentions that he held "numerous senior and vital positions" in the Government of Assam. However, I am unable to determine which. If the specific positions were to be discovered and if they were to be notable, I'd change my !vote. As per now, just doesn't seem notable. Ya sh ! 05:20, 8 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
