Keep : Jyoti Prakash Dutta or J. P. Dutta is an Indian film producer. This Jyoti Prakash Dutta (writer) is a Bangladeshi short-story writer. He was awarded the most prestiguous Ekushey Padak (highest honor for any Bangladeshi writer) by the Government of Bangladesh. Keep Notable per WP:ANYBIO criterion #1 because of the Ekushey Padak. Not sure how nom's observation about the name is meant to figure into the reason for deletion. Same name, two completely different people.
