Fails WP:GNG. Apparently won a minor award, but there is no SIGCOV of it or of anything else. The creation note I know all the links are to the rally driver, but this guy was in an art book of mine and won an award fails to justify the article's creation. Delete I am not finding any reliable sources about the Lebanese painter and poet. I am not finding anything that shows notability. Most (all?) Google hits are commercial art sites. Not to be confused with multiple other Joseph Matars, including race car driver and boxer. WomenArtistUpdates (talk) 00:20, 7 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
