Delete - As found by the nominator, there are other people of this name, which makes searching a drag. I also found a Canadian country musician of the same name: [1]. For this Jordan Riley, he has a lot of behind-the-scenes songwriting and studio credits, but no truly reliable coverage of his career in his own right.
